Yes. Every Neuma piece is certified by a BIS authorized hallmarking center and stamped with purity marks as 925 or 999. You can count on the quality and authenticity of each piece
We use only high grade 92.5 sterling silver and .999 fine silver across our collections. Some pieces are finished with rhodium plating which adds shine and helps resist tarnishing. Over time, the plating may naturally fade or chip due to regular wear. This is normal for any rhodium plated jewelry. If needed, we offer re-plating services on request. Charges apply
Every Neuma piece is proudly made in India by skilled artisans. We work in small batches to maintain quality, reduce waste, and keep our focus on intentional design. Our manufacturing process is ethical, detail-driven, and rooted in craftsmanship

We typically dispatch orders within 2 to 4 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, delivery timelines may vary depending on your location but usually take 5 to 7 working days
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped. You can use this link to check the delivery status of your order at any time
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to assist you. Please write to us immediately at contact@neumaindia.com with your request. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled
We only accept returns in the rare case of a genuine manufacturing defect. Our return policy is strict and each request is reviewed on a case by case basis at the discretion of the brand

Please email us at contact@neumaindia.com within 48 hours of delivery. Attach clear photos of the damaged item along with your order ID. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a resolution
If the gift has a verified manufacturing defect and meets our return criteria, we may accept the return. However, proof of purchase or original order details will be required to process your request
Yes. Tarnishing is a natural property of silver. It occurs when silver reacts with moisture, air, or chemicals. The best way to prevent tarnish is to wear your jewelry often. When not in use, store it in an airtight pouch and keep it away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals
Rhodium plating is a premium finish that adds brilliance and helps protect silver from tarnishing. It creates a high shine surface but may wear off over time with exposure to sweat, friction, or moisture. This is completely normal. If your piece needs refreshing, we offer professional re-plating services at an additional cost
Yes. All Neuma pieces are nickel free and generally safe for most skin types. If you have known sensitivities or allergies to specific metals, please reach out before ordering and we will guide you accordingly
92.5 sterling silver is a durable alloy that contains 92.5 percent pure silver combined with other metals for strength. It is ideal for everyday jewelry
.999 fine silver is almost pure and has a softer, brighter finish. It is used in select pieces where a more refined look is preferred. Each product listing clearly states the silver grade used
Most of our designs feature high quality cubic zirconia stones or decorative accents. If a product includes natural or semi precious stones, this will be clearly mentioned on the product page

No. All customized, engraved, or made to order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance
